The flexible machine concept enables many sanding applications. The basic version of the M2S97-150 is supplied with a flat machine table and double crank.
A heavy duty version of the machine is available with a sanding length of up to 5000 mm. The machine has electric table height adjustment with two synchronously controlled gear motors. The lower connecting profiles can be removed after the machine is installed. This provides a maximum free clearance height between the sanding belt and the workshop floor.
In addition, we offer the machine with a 3-axis table and integrated 3D handling device for turning and rotating heavy workpieces. The M2S97-150 can be used to machine larger workpieces from prototypes to series production.
